Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Assistant Director of Sales at Canary Islands Resort & Spa, located in lonavala. The Assistant Director of Sales will oversee sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, lead the sales team, and strategize to enhance business development opportunities. This role is instrumental in driving revenue, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction Proven experience in Team Management, including the ability to motivate and oversee team members Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in competitive markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities Previous experience within the hospitality industry or similar environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
