Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at Siliguri City Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises while supervising housekeeping staff and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff. Ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises. Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and requisition as needed. Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely maintenance. Train and motivate housekeeping personnel to perform efficiently. Handle guest/staff complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain records of work schedules, duty rosters, and inventory. Requirements: Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor in malls, hotels, or commercial spaces. Good knowledge of housekeeping tools, techniques, and safety practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle a team efficiently.
