Relationship Manager Banca Channel

About the Role:

Join Indias leading Life Insurance company in the Banca Channel as a Relationship Manager. Youll be responsible for managing relationships with bank partners, driving sales of life insurance products, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through bank walk-ins & referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent post-sales service to customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2
+ years
experience in BFSI / Banking /
Life Insurance sales.
Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with proven sales track record.
