Job Description: We are seeking a VRM Bancassurance Manager to join our team at IDFC Bank, Wanowrie, Pune. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with banking partners, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Distribution: Drive sales growth by selling life insurance products through IDFC Bank channels, meeting sales targets and revenue goals. - Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and business growth. - Customer Centricity: Provide customers with comprehensive insurance solutions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. - Tele Sales: Reach out to existing and potential customers to present product and service offerings, address questions or issues, and offer solutions based on client needs.
