Job Description:
We are seeking a VRM Bancassurance Manager to join our team at IDFC Bank, Wanowrie, Pune. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with banking partners, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Distribution: Drive sales growth by selling life insurance products through IDFC Bank channels, meeting sales targets and revenue goals.- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and business growth.- Customer Centricity: Provide customers with comprehensive insurance solutions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.- Tele Sales: Reach out to existing and potential customers to present product and service offerings, address questions or issues, and offer solutions based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation degree in any field- Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in life insurance sales; telesales experience preferred- Language: Fluent English- Age: Up to 30 years- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and relationship management abilities
