Job Description

Exposure to diverse B2B sectors: copiers, office automation, sanitary/building materials, security/fire systems, water purifiers, coffee vending machines, etc.
Proficient in managing key accounts, architects, contractors, and government entities, fostering strong relationships and understanding complex decision-making processes.
Key Account Managers (KAMs) prioritize cultivating enduring connections within client organizations through regular communication and comprehensive comprehension of their structure.
KAMs aim to boost revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating internally to meet client needs effectively.
Extensive experience with nationwide key accounts, from proposal preparation to post-sales support, ensuring seamless order execution.
Proactively monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Provide end-user training and support to enhance product knowledge and efficacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organizational alignment and coherence.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to gauge account health and optimize strategies for growth.
