Job Description

Seeking a competent candidate with MBA and 5+ years of experience in projects, contracts, and procurement within EPC and pipeline infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate will handle project execution, client coordination, e tendering, GEM portal and other Government tendering portals.

Role Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and execute government projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, client, and contractors for timely project delivery.
Fill RFQs, evaluate bids, conduct negotiations and government order documentation.
Handle client development, pre-bid meetings, and order documentation.
Track material delivery, ensure contract compliance, and support finance for client payments.
Prepare project reports, records, and and on-time delivery.

Key Skills

Project planning & execution
Knowledge of GEM portal and other Government tendering portals.
Strategic sourcing & contract negotiation
Tender preparation and evaluation
Strong communication and documentation skills

Educational Requirement

B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA/Bcom
