Roles and Responsibilities Manage construction projects from site execution to project engineering, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee erection activities on-site, including supervising laborers and coordinating with contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress against project plans and identify potential issues. Develop strategies for improving project efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in construction management or a related field (erection/project engineering/site management). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (electrical/electronics/telecommunication). Strong understanding of electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; knowledge of electronics/telecommunications principles also desirable.
