Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of

  SAP modules

  and other enterprise applications in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Define

  project roadmaps

  , milestones, and timelines for successful rollouts.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions that support

  business growth, compliance, and efficiency

2. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee cross-functional project teams including IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and external consultants.
• Ensure seamless

  stakeholder alignment

  , managing expectations at senior leadership and operational levels.
• Develop and maintain

  project governance frameworks

  , risk registers, and escalation protocols.

3. Process Optimization & Integration

• Ensure smooth integration of SAP with

  legacy systems, cloud applications, and third-party tools

• Drive

  business process re-engineering

  to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Establish

  best practices, SOPs, and documentation

  for all implementations.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Define and monitor

  KPIs for implementation success

  (cost, time, functionality, user adoption).
• Ensure compliance with

  IT security, audit, and regulatory standards

• Conduct

  UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  and post-implementation reviews to track ROI.

5. Change Management & Training

• Develop and execute

  change management strategies

  to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
• Organize training workshops, knowledge transfers, and user manuals for staff at all levels.
• Act as a

  bridge between technology and business users

6. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead internal SAP and IT implementation teams with a focus on

  within the team.

7. Continuous Improvement & Support

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure

• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements without disrupting business operations.
• Stay updated on

  emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics, cloud solutions)

  and recommend adoption.
