Role: Tender Specialist ( Working for a UK-based client ) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office) Position: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Monitor UK tender portals and procurement websites for relevant opportunities. Review tender documents (RFP, RFQ, ITT) and summarise key requirements for management review. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required technical, commercial, and operational information for bid submissions. Prepare and compile tender submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Create proposal documents, including company profiles, capability statements, pricing sheets, and supporting documents. Maintain tender trackers, submission calendars, and status reports. Communicate with clients or procurement authorities for clarifications and follow-ups. Ensure all tender documents are formatted professionally and aligned with Staywell Solutions guidelines. Assist in vendor registrations and pre-qualification processes (PQQs). Keep updated with UK tendering regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards. The tender we need to submit is for offering the property on rent. If time permits, you can also help the team with procuring properties. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of tendering and bidding processes (UK public & private sector). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Administration, or related field preferred). Overall experience should be 5+ years, out of which 13 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or proposal writing. Experience working with UK tender portals (e.g., Contracts Finder, Proactis, NHS portals, local councils) is an added advantage.

Conduct detailed online research to collect and verify property-related information. Organize, manage, and update property data in a structured and accessible format. Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and developers. Source property data from multiple online platforms and validate its accuracy. Identify and connect with direct landlords, establishing strong, trust-based relationships. Negotiate and close deals for properties, including purchasing or securing them on rent. Collaborate with developers and maintain ongoing partnerships to support business growth. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development Ability to build and sustain professional relationships over the phone. Strong research and data management abilities. Prior experience in BPO, international calling, real estate, or sales will be an added advantage. Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle international clients confidently. Prior experience in international processes (UK, US, Canada, etc.) will be considered an advantage. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Prior experience in BPO, lead generation, real estate sales, UK/US outbound calling, or inside sales. Compensation: CTC up to 7,20,000/- per annum + incentive, depending on experience and skills.
