Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts for construction chemical products such as adhesives, epoxy, additives, emulsions, grouts, coatings, resins, polyurethanes, waterproofing solutions etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • 9-14 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in the Construction Chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of construction chemicals including adhesives, epoxy, additives, emulsions, grouts, coatings, resins, polyurethanes etc.
