Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage key accounts for construction chemical products such as adhesives, epoxy, additives, emulsions, grouts, coatings, resins, polyurethanes, waterproofing solutions etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors to increase sales revenue.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
9-14 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in the Construction Chemical industry.
Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of construction chemicals including adhesives, epoxy, additives, emulsions, grouts, coatings, resins, polyurethanes etc.
