Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving the targets of media sales assigned to you periodically. This includes handling corporate media clients as well as media agencies for business procurement. You will also be tasked with managing media clients from banking, FMCG, and Agriculture sectors. Your role will involve client servicing and building relationships, along with acquiring new clients for branding and sustenance campaigns. In this position, you will handle the complete sales cycle end to end, from lead generation to sales closure. It is essential to have a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in Pune to excel in this role. Additionally, you will be required to implement all tasks and reporting duties assigned to you, such as daily activity reports, market intelligence reports, and competition tracking reports. Your key result areas (KRA) will include focusing on data-driven decision making, corporate segment sales, achieving set targets, working in a team, channel management skills, time management, handling sales data analytics, prospecting, and problem-solving. It is crucial to possess good written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build solutions. Furthermore, your responsibilities will involve teamwork, lead generation, experience selling media, upselling and cross-selling, planning and execution of sales strategies.,
