Designation: Key Account Manager- Retail

Reporting : Head - Offline Retail/ KAM Lead


This is an individual contributor role, and no team under this role.


We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Key Accounts manager to spearhead

marketing initiatives for beauty portfolio. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, analysis and

stakeholder engagement across retail, digital, and brand ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing key retail accounts, developing strong relationships and driving sales

growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail clients

• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues

promptly

• In conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute sales and

marketing plans which deliver sales growth, market share, Growth over last year, and ROI on

investments

• Ensure key locations forthe company across all retail stores

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue through strategic planning

• Work with the commercial and marketing team to give necessary support to retail stores

• Ensure Visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to, in liaison with the on-ground sales

team

• Market analysis- should be aware of the market trends, keep track of competition and

counter techniques to maintain brand rankings and improve them

• Reporting- collation, analysis, and presentation of sales performance and agreed metrics to

management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Proven experience in beauty/retail inthe related field in key account management, sales/

operations in beauty

• Ability to procure and analyze market data

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft office suite

• Exposure to marketing and category valourization

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong creative acumen with the ability to think innovatively.

• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural work environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
