  • Exposure to working with Global Key Account Management (KAM).
  • Execute and enhance team coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs, drive sales, and expand the customer base.
  • Data-driven approach; analyze metrics to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and execute account/territory sales strategies.
  • Extensive interaction with territory managers, field sales teams, solution sales teams, and customers.
  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, sales-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
