Key Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage

    key customer accounts

    to ensure long-term business growth and retention
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities through

    market research, field visits, and networking

  • Lead, guide, and motivate

    Key Account Executives / Sales Executives

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure proper onboarding, activation, and engagement of merchants/clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic improvements
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience

    in sales, key account management, or business development
  • Prior experience in

    FMCG / FinTech / Retail / Field Sales

    will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet aggressive targets
