Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Key Account Sales Manager. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts. The manager will lead strategic account planning, handle client communications, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and participating in business development activities to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Key Accounts, and Account Management.
• Strong ability in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Experience in strategic planning and a results-oriented approach to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to manage and resolve challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with technology products and solutions; experience in IT infrastructure sales is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in key account management or enterprise sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Confident in calling new customers
• Good negotiation and selling skills
• Basic understanding of IT products
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
