Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role, based in Kochi, for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will engage in market research, assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, and support local sales initiatives to increase product adoption. They will also work closely with merchants to enhance their customer engagement, provide customer service support, and help grow brand presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, merchants, and customers
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, competition, and customer insights
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive campaigns and support product promotion
• Customer Service skills to manage merchant and shopper experience effectively
• Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
