Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager for Enterprise/SME Business, your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly sales targets by selling IBW LL in the designated area to Enterprise customers. You will be expected to generate business through cold calls, area mapping, maintaining and reporting daily calls, building suspects/prospects, and growing the lead pipeline. Your role will involve promoting Internet Access Services such as Leased Line Circuits, Ethernet, and Broadband Wireless, along with other Internet-based solutions like VOIP, Dialers, UTM's Cyberoam & Sonicwall, and VPN Services. Building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts while also generating new business opportunities will be crucial. You will be required to engage in complete relationship management with top management, showcasing your proficiency in corporate sales and handling the business cycle from end to end. Conducting market and competition analysis to develop effective strategies and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and collection will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with various departments on a daily basis will be essential to create compelling sales pitches and enhance teamwork. You will also be responsible for generating MIS reports to manage sales funnels effectively. Furthermore, your involvement with the marketing team to devise marketing plans that support sales in your region will be crucial for the success of our business.,
