Job Description

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing various agencies such as creative, social, digital, and PR. Your role will involve overseeing mass media planning and execution across different platforms including print, social, radio, electronic, TV, and digital mediums. You will lead the digital marketing initiatives to enhance online sales and customer retention. Your prior experience in executing Below The Line (BTL) activities will be valuable as you run contests and schemes for field teams. Collaborating with the sales team, you will work on developing sales materials and customer pitches. Your key responsibility will be to conceptualize, formulate, and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand development and achieve company objectives. Additionally, you will plan and implement brand and product communication strategies across various channels. Monitoring and driving creative ideas for branding initiatives will be crucial in strengthening the brand image. Identifying new opportunities for brand building through PR-led campaigns will be part of your role. You will also create content for press releases and online platforms in collaboration with agencies. Your qualifications include an MBA in Marketing, along with 6 to 10 years of post-MBA work experience in relevant roles. Your competencies should include effective leadership, planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Strategic thinking abilities and a positive approach with a focus on achievement orientation are essential for this role. This position is based in Mumbai.,
