The company has exciting plans to expand its reach and product range, which includes ladders, Scaffolds, Lifting machines, site management, and power and breaking tools.

Role Overview

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding assigned key accounts within the region. The role focuses on increasing share of wallet, driving adoption of new products and solutions, ensuring timely collections, and strengthening long-term customer relationships in alignment with national account strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts within the region.
  • Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
  • Drive penetration of new products and solutions across existing customer base.
  • Retain key accounts through proactive engagement and value-driven relationship management.

Business Development

  • Identify and convert transactional customers into strategic/key accounts.
  • Develop account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to track performance and identify opportunities.

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work closely with National Key Account Managers (NKAMs) to ensure alignment on national and regional accounts.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless account servicing.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from all assigned accounts.
  • Monitor credit exposure and resolve payment-related issues in coordination with finance.
  • Maintain adherence to agreed commercial terms and SLAs.
