Responsibilities

1. Lead Strategy & Relationships

Act as the strategic lead and primary contact for key clients - from onboarding to renewals.
Build long-term partnerships by ensuring alignment, measurable growth, and high satisfaction.
Lead business reviews showcasing impact, not just activity.
Collaborate with tech, design, and analytics teams for seamless execution and consistent delivery.
Mentor a small client success team, ensuring operational excellence and focus on outcomes over tasks.

2. Drive Growth & Performance

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Troopod’s service suite.
Own account revenue, retention, and success metrics.
Partner with D2C and eCommerce brands to improve ROAS, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates through experimentation.

3. Strategize, Optimize & Execute

Analyze websites, ad journeys, and user funnels to identify CRO opportunities.
Work hands-on with internal teams to plan and implement A/B or multivariate tests, personalization, and landing page optimizations.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO to translate insights into data-backed strategies and measurable growth.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Client Success, CRO, or Performance Marketing with D2C, eCommerce brands, or SaaS products.
Strong command of Google Analytics (mandatory), with working knowledge of Shopify and Meta Ads.
Hands-on experience using CRO and testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design fundamentals.
Proven ability to create and lead CRO strategies that drive measurable conversion improvements.
Analytical, collaborative, and confident in leading clients both independently and through a team.
Bonus: Exposure to CRO or marketing agencies, AI-led personalization, or growth frameworks.
