Job Title: Product Marketer Work Location: Remote Qualification: 12 years of experience in B2B/product marketing, ideally in SaaS Role Overview We're looking for a driven and curious Product Marketer to support growth and GTM for Troopod's PLG product. You'll get the opportunity to work on real product marketing challenges from shaping positioning to supporting launches and running experiments. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering exposure to growth, client success, and product support. If you have a knack for marketing, a love for data, and a hunger to learn, this is a chance to build something impactful right from the ground up. Responsibilities: 1. Support the end-to-end GTM plan for our PLG product (Troopod V3) 2. Contribute to the product launch strategy and execution 3. Assist in defining product positioning, messaging, and narrative 4. Support in product acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies 5. Explore and execute acquisition and distribution channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) 6. Collaborate with product, growth, and client teams to understand customer needs and problem statements 7. Assist in running growth experiments and analyzing funnel performance 8. Manage tasks effectively and contribute to reporting, analytics, and insights generation Must-Have Qualifications: 1. Exposure to product launches and GTM execution 2. Understanding of acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle strategies 3. Familiarity with AI tools or experience building AI automations 4. Strong communication skills with a knack for marketing and storytelling 5. Hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and campaign execution 6. Good understanding of customer needs, product challenges, and business alignment 7.
