About the Role: As a Last Mile Executive , you will coordinate and execute last mile delivery operations, track shipments in real-time, resolve exceptions, and maintain high service levels. You'll collaborate closely with delivery partners, internal teams, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams. Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions or escalations. Support route planning and suggest process improvements based on on-ground realities. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers. Maintain daily MIS reports and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards. Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor performance reviews when required. Who You Are: 24 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations. Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is preferred. Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and Excel . Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-ground teams and partners. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
