Key Responsibilities: Oversee infrastructure and facility management of the DC. Manage and coordinate contract labour and ensure proper attendance tracking. Monitor daily manpower deployment to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and support safety audits. Maintain accurate records for statutory and legal compliance. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility teams for timely issue resolution. Support HR and Admin functions related to the DC workforce. Role Overview The Manager - DC Accounts will be responsible for managing the Distribution Centre’s accounting, billing, and team operations. The role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes, compliance with policies, and smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations. Oversee the billing and invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Monitor outstanding payments and support collections. Ensure proper financial documentation, reconciliations, and record-keeping. Supervise and guide the finance team for timely deliverables. Coordinate with the operations and finance team for reporting, audits, and compliance requirements. Support monthly and yearly closing activities. Implement process improvements in accounting and billing functions. Requirements M.Com (Master of Commerce) OR CA Inter Working knowledge in Zoho and WMS is preferred 3–5 years of overall work experience in accounting, billing, invoicing, and compliance (preferably in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or FMCG operations). Minimum 1 year of team handling or supervisory exposure preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting, billing, and invoicing processes. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
