Role Overview:

Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across packing, receiving, dispatch, and delivery functions.
• Supervise and align shift managers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the MIS team to track orders, monitor manpower, and report on key operational metrics.
• Drive adherence to SLAs for inventory movement, turnaround times, and delivery success rates.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs across the DC.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report daily KPIs and operational dashboards to the City Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in managing shift-based teams.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, operations dashboards, and inventory systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Prior experience in fresh produce, FMCG, or food supply chain is a strong advantage.
• MBA/PGDM (preferred).
