Job Title: Operations Lead – Pan India Department: Operations Industry: Automotive Telematics & Fleet Safety Location: Peenya, Bengaluru Reports To: COO / Director – Operations Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Lead / Head to oversee end-to-end field operations, manpower deployment, and device uptime across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, fleet operations, or telematics-based installations, with proven leadership capabilities in managing field teams and service infrastructure. This position will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and service quality for our flagship Senz-i safety device —a cutting-edge driver and vehicle monitoring solution deployed across fleets nationwide. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Operations Management Develop and lead nationwide operational strategy for installation, servicing, inspection, and compliance. Plan and optimize resource utilization across zones to support efficient and timely service delivery. Establish SOPs and KPIs for process consistency and service quality. 2. Manpower Deployment & Field Team Leadership Manage a distributed workforce of field engineers and service coordinators across India. Allocate resources dynamically based on regional needs and project timelines. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement structured training programs. 3. Senz-i Device Monitoring & Uptime Assurance Ensure high availability and functional uptime of Senz-i devices installed on commercial vehicles. Monitor device health dashboards, ensure timely interventions, and drive root cause analysis for field issues. Implement a proactive service model with strong preventive maintenance protocols. 4. Safety & Compliance Oversight Enforce adherence to client and regulatory safety standards during installation and servicing. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance and reduce field risk. Collaborate with quality and safety teams to drive continuous improvement. 5. MIS & Reporting Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting on manpower, field activities, device uptime, and SLA compliance. Build and maintain dashboards for internal and client-facing reporting. Track operational costs and suggest optimization strategies. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve escalations and ensure seamless execution. Lead internal reviews and contribute to roadmap planning based on operational insights. 7. Travel & Ground Operations Leadership Travel frequently to client locations and regional hubs for on-site supervision, installations, or escalations. Serve as the escalation point for critical field issues and emergency responses. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred). 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive, fleet management, logistics, or IoT-based service environments. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-region operations with large field teams. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and mobile-first service tools. Familiarity with GPS, telematics, ADAS/DMS systems, or automotive electronics is a strong advantage. Comfortable navigating dashboards, MIS tools, and mobile apps for device management. Language Requirements Fluent in English and Hindi. Working knowledge of at least one southern regional language (Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam) preferred. Role Summary We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing deployment projects involving our SaaS platform and connected hardware devices. This includes working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and timely delivery for enterprise clients across India. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS and hardware implementation projects for fleetsafety solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders during the project lifecycle. Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience working with automotive hardware (e.g., dashcams, GPS, ADAS systems). Familiarity with road safety protocols, transport operations, and regulatory compliance in India. Understanding of API integrations and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
