What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage platform-specific sales plans and drive joint business plans (JBPs) with leading e-commerce and q-commerce partners.
• Oversee daily operations including product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and platform offtake.
• Monitor digital marketing campaigns (impressions, CTR, ROAS, ACOS) to optimize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the e-commerce team by setting clear goals and driving accountability.

Who you are:

• MBA (Tier-B school preferred) with 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales or managing large accounts.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong platform relationships.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce management tools, dashboards, and inventory systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in BI/data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.
• Collaborative, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
