Purpose/Objective


    The Key Account Manager fosters strong relationships with key premium developers and ensures seamless acquisition, retention, and service delivery for high-value clients. This role requires a proactive approach to customer relationship management, sales and lead generation, service delivery coordination, and financial management. Responsibilities include organizing marketing initiatives, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Account Manager Customer Relationship Management: Act as the one-point contact for all premium customer inquiries and issues in the division. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key premium developers and other stakeholders. Ensure a personalized journey cycle for customers is in place and effectively managed. Sales and lead generation: Drive acquisition of ongoing and upcoming projects of key premium developers. Conduct meetings with decision-makers to pitch Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) services. Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals tailored to each project. Support negotiations on proposed electrical infrastructure and other offerings. Identify and validate lead generation opportunities from various sources such as MCGM, MBMC, SRA websites, and through site surveys. Service Delivery Coordination: Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end service delivery to key premium developers. Coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely supply release and service provision. Marketing and Events: Organize and coordinate marketing events, seminars, promotional events, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Validate the need for events, plan logistics, and coordinate with teams. Gather participant feedback, analyze results, and implement actionable items. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities such as cable laying, sub-station commissioning, and customer meetings. Map competitor networks on GIS and provide feedback on best practices to internal stakeholders for process improvement. Data Management: Update and maintain project details in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and timely updates of Planned Journey Cycle (PJC) and appointment closures. Manage ISO documentation updates and monitoring. Financial Management: Achieve billing collection efficiency from key premium developer accounts for construction power. Follow up with stakeholders for timely payment of bills. Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing Work Experience (Range of years): 15+ Years of Experience Preferred Industry: Experience in B2B/B2C Sales in consumer facing industries.
