Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between our agency and clients for all marketing communications,

ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Oversee comprehensive planning and implementation of digital, social media, influencer

marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams (creative, strategy, media,

and digital specialists) to deliver campaign objectives on schedule.

• Contribute to the creation of strategic marketing approaches, content planning, and project

roadmaps aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

• Maintain regular client communication, deeply understanding their business goals and providing

proactive status updates and recommendations.

• Monitor campaign metrics and performance data, providing analytical insights and proposing

strategic enhancements for improved results.

• Facilitate brand collaboration initiatives, managing client expectations while ensuring all

deliverables align with brand standards and timelines.

• Manage financial aspects including budget oversight, billing processes, and administrative

documentation according to established procedures.

• Keep current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to

provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

• Guide and develop junior team members while fostering knowledge exchange and operational

excellence within the team.


Required Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of professional experience in client relationship management specializing in social

media and digital marketing

• Comprehensive knowledge of sophisticated digital marketing strategies, campaign development,

execution, and performance analysis across various digital channels.

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms, content creators, or talent management would

be a significant advantage.

• Experience with BTL Marketing campaigns would be an advantage.

• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities — capable of managing relationships with

diverse stakeholders and senior-level executives.

• Highly organized with project management and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tricky

deadlines and quality standards.

• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, brand development, and understanding consumer

psychology with strategic problem-solving skills.

• Strong commitment to client success with demonstrated history of building lasting client

partnerships.

• Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving team environments while effectively leading collaborative

initiatives.

• Background in financial planning, business performance tracking, and new business

development activities.

• Data-driven approach with skills in performance analysis and converting insights into strategic

business recommendations.
