As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in our Leverage Partner Network within the EdTech space. Your focus will be on building strategic relationships, managing student enrollment cycles, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners and students. Joining our team will provide you with opportunities for growth, learning from an exceptional team, and contributing to students" successful careers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners. - Manage the complete student enrollment cycle from the B2B (partner) channel. - Handle and convert leads provided by partners from initial contact to final admission. - Monitor and ensure the accuracy of student documents throughout the process. - Maintain strong follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls with partners. - Ensure efficient lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low turnaround time (TAT), and proactive communication. - Collaborate across departments to drive closures and streamline processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or a similar role. - Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. - Strong interest in education, innovation, and sales. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - A detail-oriented and organized approach to work. - Ability to understand customer needs and engage in consultative/conceptual selling.
