Job Description – Key Accounts Manager (Delhi)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager for Delhi who will be responsible for driving B2B premium sales and managing top client accounts in the region. The candidate will work from the Mayapuri office and must possess a deep understanding of the Beer & Liquor market, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience in client management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

• Manage and grow premium B2B sales for the Delhi region.
• Strengthen client relationship management, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and execute sales closures with key accounts and high-value clients.
• Support internal team coordination and market operations.

2. Business Operations:

• Work from the Delhi – Mayapuri office.
• Daily travel for client meetings, market visits, and business development.
• Ensure adherence to company goals, policies, and compliance standards.

3. Travel & Allowances:

• Daily travel required.
• Travelling allowance provided as per travel norms.
• No company vehicle included.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Beer & Liquor Key Accounts / Sales / FMCG major accounts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: As per Industry Standards (Approx. ₹15,00,000 to ₹25,00,000)
• Incentives: None
• Benefits: PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Annual Appraisal

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
