Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Surat. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, analyzing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for growth, driving account performance, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
