Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) acts as the primary liaison between the agency and its most valuable clients. This role focuses on building and nurturing long-term strategic relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and managing the delivery of services aligned with client business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 

    strong, long-term relationships

     with key clients based on trust and understanding of their business and marketing objectives.
  • Serve as the 

    main point of contact

     for designated accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance marketing, development, etc.) to ensure 

    timely and high-quality delivery

     of services and campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements deeply and 

    translate those into actionable strategies and solutions

     that drive results and account growth.
  • Manage the 

    Shopify backend

     operations including product listing updates, inventory monitoring, pricing, and ensuring the online store is aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee 

    product shoot curation

    , coordinating timelines, concepts, and deliverables to ensure visuals meet brand and campaign standards.
  • Coordinate and manage 

    social media content production

    , collaborating with creative teams and ensuring timely rollout of posts, stories, reels, and other formats.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on account performance, providing clients with 

    regular updates, insights, and recommendations

     for optimization.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and address concerns proactively to maintain 

    high client satisfaction and loyalty

  • Identify and pursue 

    upselling and cross-selling opportunities

     within key accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Lead the onboarding and integration of new clients within accounts.
  • Prepare and present account progress reports and business reviews.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide clients’ strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate 

    negotiations and renewals

    , ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate and supervise the efforts of any internal team members working on the account, ensuring alignment and quality.
