The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing real estate agents and partners while driving subscription sales and building long-term relationships. This is a client-facing, field role that involves regular travel and direct interaction with agents. Key Responsibilities Sales and onboarding: Identify and convert potential agent clients, from small to large enterprises, to use the RealBetter platform and services. Visit and meet prospective clients in person to introduce RealBetter. Actively generate interest and establish initial connections through face-to-face interactions. Relationship management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Engagement: Nurture interest from prospective clients by maintaining consistent and thoughtful communication throughout the engagement journey. Administrative tasks: Manage the full client lifecycle, including pitching, billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
