About the Role:


We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key corporate clients, driving B2B sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strong background in corporate sales and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.


  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and drive B2B sales growth.


  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.


  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients to ensure profitability.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure client requirements are met.


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.


  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.


Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.


  • Proven track record
    of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
