We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Key Account Manager to strengthen our partnerships, manage client relationships, and drive business growth across our events and collaborations.

Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with BeastDrive’s top clients, partners, and sponsors. You’ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts — ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or collaboration, and aligning client goals with BeastDrive’s brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, sponsors, and corporate partners.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; propose tailored event or partnership solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle — from onboarding to post-event engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and event management) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and renewals with clients and partners.
  • Track and report account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.
  • Represent BeastDrive at events, meetings, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to build long-term account strategies and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or partnership management (preferably in events, automotive, or lifestyle industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for building brand partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and event participation.
  • Passion for cars, adventure, or motorsports is a huge plus!

Pay: ₹18,557.89 - ₹71,544.89 per month
