About the Role:

Key Account Manager (Large Format Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strategic partnerships with

  large format retailers

  (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, Central, etc.).
• Drive the

  national sales and account strategy

  to maximize revenue and brand presence.
• Negotiate

  annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional budgets

  with retail partners.
• Collaborate with

  merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance

  teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure visibility and premium in-store presentation aligned with brand identity.
• Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead new product launches, promotions, and exclusive collaborations.
• Manage regional account teams and align them with overall sales objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 10–20 years

  of experience in

  Key Account Management / Large Format Retail

  within

  Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or Luxury Goods

  .
• Proven track record of managing

  PAN India modern trade accounts

  and achieving sales targets.
• Strong

  negotiation, analytical, and relationship management

  skills.
• Deep understanding of

  fashion retail operations, category management, and merchandising

  .
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
