We’re looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our team full-time. This is a
marketing-focused role with exposure to Sales Operations, CRM, Email Marketing, and
Strategic Growth Initiatives.
The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, execution-focused, and thrives in a
fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing email
marketing journeys, managing CRM systems, and contributing to 0–1 growth initiatives
such as new revenue streams and digital marketing experiments.

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or program
management.
Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.Proactive ownership mindset, with curiosity and drive to experiment with new
initiatives.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, 0–1 environment.
