Role Responsibilities Assist in managing logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate timely deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock audits. Prepare shipping documentation and manage order processing. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics. Resolve any logistics-related issues that arise during the transportation process. Support the logistics manager in planning and executing logistics strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics processes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to update on shipment progress. Document and report any discrepancies or damages in freight delivery. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Maintain organized filing systems for shipping and logistics documentation. Assist in the implementation of logistics software and tools. Collaborate with team members to enhance logistics operations. Provide excellent customer service to resolve any inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality. Familiarity with shipping and customs regulations is beneficial. Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team.
