Junior Logistic Executive

As a Logistics Assistant at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through effective management of logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate timely deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting in stock audits. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, managing order processing, and monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics. In this role, you will be expected to resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise during the transportation process and support the logistics manager in planning and executing logistics strategies. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics processes, communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on shipment progress, and documenting and reporting any discrepancies or damages in freight delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. While 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential. Basic knowledge of logistics software and systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also required. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality, familiarity with shipping and customs regulations, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are beneficial for this role.
