Junior Logistic Executive

In this role at Mindtel, you will be responsible for assisting in managing logistics operations to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate timely deliveries. - Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting in stock audits. - Preparing shipping documentation and managing order processing. - Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics. - Resolving any logistics-related issues that arise during the transportation process. - Supporting the logistics manager in planning and executing logistics strategies. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics processes. - Communicating regularly with stakeholders to update on shipment progress. - Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or damages in freight delivery. - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Maintaining organized filing systems for shipping and logistics documentation. - Assisting in the implementation of logistics software and tools. - Collaborating with team members to enhance logistics operations. - Providing excellent customer service to resolve any inquiries or concerns. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality. - Familiarity with shipping and customs regulations is beneficial. - Capability of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team. - Knowledge of inventory management practices.
