Junior Logistic Executive

As a Junior Logistics Executive in the manufacturing industry located in Kanbha, Ahmedabad, your main responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth movement of materials, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and warehouse records, preparing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and gate passes, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery, assisting in handling logistics-related queries and resolving issues, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in logistics within the manufacturing industry. Additionally, a basic understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment are required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
