Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team at Brint Marketing Solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role. The HR Specialist will oversee recruitment, employee negotiations, and documentation processes while ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation within the company. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the digital marketing industry. Handle employee negotiations, including compensation and benefits discussions. Oversee employee documentation, contracts, and records. Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage personnel benefits and assist in employee engagement initiatives. Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly. Assist with onboarding and training processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in Human Resources and HR Management. Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee benefits. Expertise in personnel management and conflict resolution. Experience in recruiting for roles like Video Editors, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, and similar digital marketing profiles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the digital marketing or technology sector is a plus.
