We are looking for an experience and self-driven Telemarketer, Field Operation & Sales in secured business to join our retention team!

As a retention Officer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your retention quota.

Retention Officers requirements and qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as Telesales Representative/sales, field operation/field sales role.
• End to-end digital secured lending process experience is desired.
• Proven record of meet budgets, talk time and efficiency matrix. Experience in a position where meeting retaining customer goals was important indication of performance.
• Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software, Sign desk, NPCI Nach portal & Karza portal.
• Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information.
• Speed and accuracy in typing.
• Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Call internal secured loan customers using a given phone directory to retain or solicit loans.
• Calling out to prospective customers focusing on conversion.
• Use scripts to provide information about products features, pricing etc. and present their benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Persuade the customer to retain by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their need.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet retention quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and record useful information.
• Keen and be adaptive to learn secured loan business and credit underwriting norms.
