Job Description : - Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Industry with SAP Project Management experience - Should have handled minimum one S/4HANA implementation project end to end and ECC- Should have experience in handling minimum of 3+ years in SAP Project Management - Should work with internal process by liaising with various stakeholders and take ownership from project kick start till the invoice generation - Single point of contact to liaise with Customer, internal stakeholders and deliverables- Coordinates with the offshore team as well as the customer SMEs - Act as the First level of escalation point for the customer - Manage governance reporting, engagement and status reporting, forward planning and prioritization/coordination concerns, risk reporting and scope management - Collects and manages the metrics, tracks and drives proactive improvement during the duration of this SOW- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions - Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports - Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
