The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, presenting products, collecting payments, keeping control of outstandings and maintaining the system of operations as per the firm and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. The role also involves preparing sales reports and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in distribution and logistics is a plus Proven track record of achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
