Assistant HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and monitor

  KRAs, KPIs, performance evaluations, and feedback cycles

  .
• Coordinate payroll and maintain accuracy across HRIS and related HR tools.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in

  office administration

  and workplace operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources

  (mandatory).

• At least 5 years of experience

  in HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and tools for KRAs, KPIs, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
