Role Description

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Reports To: HR Head Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.Coordinate background verification and reference checks.


2. Payroll Management:

Assist in monthly payroll processing including salary inputs, deductions, and statutory compliance.

Maintain payroll records and respond to employee queries related to compensation, taxes, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.


3. HR Operations:

Support in maintaining HRMS and employee records (physical and digital). Prepare HR reports such as attrition, headcount, and recruitment status.Assist in employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and HR audits.Ensure timely processing of letters (offer, confirmation, exit) and HR documentation.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll.

Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and employment legislation.

Experience with HRMS or payroll software .

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
