The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in 3D content creation, with strong technical knowledge and artistic sensibility. You will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior artists, and delivering high-quality visuals that meet international standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visualizations for diverse projects. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure efficient workflows across modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing. Provide technical and creative guidance to the 3D team, ensuring outputs meet quality and timeline expectations. Research and adopt emerging tools, plugins, and pipelines to continuously improve quality and efficiency. Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Required Skills & Expertise 10+ years of professional experience in 3D art, visualization, or animation. Strong command over industry-standard software: Cinema4D, Houdini, 3ds Max . Hands-on expertise with rendering plugins: VRay, Octane, Redshift . Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and photorealistic rendering. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D projects. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize scenes for performance. Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative environments. Nice to Have Experience in real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity). Exposure to VR/AR workflows. Prior leadership or mentorship experience.
