Candidates must be proficient in Unreal Engine and have advanced knowledge of Blueprints. Requirements ✅ At Least 3 years of experience on commercial projects Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine Strong scripting skills: Blueprints Knowledge of advanced Blueprint practises: Inheritance, Event Interfaces, Delegates/Event Dispatchers Knowledge of source control such as perforce desired C++ a big plus but not a requirement 3D modelling experience a big plus but not a requirement Excellent communication skills Job Description: - Bridge between creative teams and real-time developers - Integrate 3D assets into Unity or Unreal with optimal performance - Build and optimize shaders, materials, and visual effects - Create tools/scripts to improve team workflows - Debug asset, lighting, or performance issues in engine - Advise on efficient asset prep and import/export conventions - Support rendering quality while meeting frame rate targets - Document pipelines and provide technical guidance to teams Show more Show less
