Job Description

As an Assistant HR Manager at MIT Vishwaprayag University in Solapur, your role will involve supporting end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage full-cycle hiring process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews - Handle onboarding activities, documentation, and induction process for new hires - HR Operations & Compliance - Maintain employee records, update HRMS, and manage attendance & leave records - Provide support for statutory compliances and maintain audit documentation - Employee Relations & Engagement - Professionally address employee queries and grievances - Support employee welfare programs, engagement activities, and communication initiatives - Performance Management - Assist in the appraisal process, documentation of goal-setting, and follow-ups - Coordinate training and development activities for employees - Policy & Process Implementation - Ensure adherence to HR policies within the organization - Contribute to HR process improvements and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Location: MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by sending your resume to hr@mitvpu.ac.in.
